William Bayard House

The William Bayard House at 82 Jane St is a storied location, including being the site of the death of founding father Alexander Hamilton. This project was completed in 2016 for The Brodsky organization (212.315.5555). The project included restoration of the complete brick facade with brownstone trim, stoop, cornice, and window replacement (landmark-approved windows).
