Diane von Furstenberg

Diane von Furstenberg is a fashion brand available in over 70 countries. Located at 874 Washington St, the company's headquarters and flagship boutique is housed in a building displaying both modern and traditional architecture. For this project, we worked with Americon Construction (owned and operated by Danny Sullivan). In the photos, you can see how we used techniques to add the illusion of aging and weathering to the newly replaced cornice. We repointed and restored the brick and resurfaced all brownstone elements. The work was awarded the MASterwork Award - Best Historic Renovation by the Municipal Arts Society in 2008 and for
New York Designs by the Architectural League in 2007.
